Strategic and operational value creation: prudent and efficient capital structures, not necessarily leveraged with debt. Alignment of the interests of managers and investors through economic incentives linked to value creation in companies.
Target companies characteristics
GPF seeks companies that have an experienced management team, proven technology / product, profitable and cash generating, with clear growth potential (organic, by export potential and / or consolidation) and with realistic visibility for divestment.
Exit
GPF is flexible in its exit strategy and can contemplate pre-agreed exits with the rest of the shareholders by which they have a right to acquire GPF's stake, thus avoiding the entry of a third party into the shareholding if this were the preference.
